Review for On The Level Concrete Correction Luke and his team went above and beyond to ensure our job was completed before city crews began work in the area. They arrived right on time, completed the work in just an hour, and left everything exactly as they found it—clean and orderly. Our sidewalk is now perfectly level. They raised it to achieve a 7.5-inch rise to the first step and double-checked the measurements to ensure accuracy. I highly recommend enlisting the services of this company. It was a great experience from start to finish—and the price was very reasonable, too!
Leveling of the concrete was good, however all the holes that were filled from drilling were rushed. The color was way darker so the filler stuck out and many were not flush with top of concrete. Some protruded and some were left as a hole in the concrete. I also had almost an inch gap in between my walkway slab and my stairs to my front door after the lift. I inquired about these defficiencies and if someone could go over the workmanship in person. I messaged Deb several times and she ignored me telling me someone will get in touch with me. Then after no response via text for some time I get a message that if I dont pay it will be going to collections. I paid, but am not satisfied with customer service. I sent several messages that were all ignored and forced to pay before I could give my review and see if there was a solution to the poor workmanship. So im giving my review in here. Leveling is good Astetics is below average Customer service is poor
OTL Concrete Correction were a great company to work with from the office staff (Ian and Deb) to the guys who did the actual work (Luke, Ryan and Omar). Luke completed the estimate the day after I phoned in the request and the price was spot on with the final invoice. Luke and his team spent the whole day lifting a very difficult step, patio and sidewalk and I am very pleased with the results. Luke talked me through each step of the process. On top of it all, they did it on probably the coldest and rainiest day of the fall so far and were still cheerful and happy to answer my questions! This is a well run family business that cares about the quality of their work and their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again.
